Team roles and seat limits

Every plan with more than one seat can invite teammates with a role (Growth includes 2 seats; Free and Starter include 1).

Roles

• Admin — everything: running AI checks, approving fixes, team and billing.
• SEO operator — views results, runs audits and manages tracked keywords.
• Analyst — views Site Health, AI Visibility, Rankings and reports.

Invite someone

1. 1Open Settings → Team.
2. 2Enter their email, choose a role, and Send invite. The link is valid for 7 days.
3. 3They set a name and password and choose Accept and join.

Pending invitations use a seat until they're accepted or withdrawn. Only an Admin can invite or remove teammates. Reducing a plan is blocked when the current seat count exceeds the target plan.
