Prompt and competitor caps are per property. A scheduled visibility run checks the configured prompt set once against each selected engine available on your plan. Visibility can run on demand or recur every 1–720 hours. The technical and internal-link analyzers use a fast, standardized site-health sample designed to identify actionable issues and verify fixes—not to replace an enterprise crawler. The bounded crawl is described in our methodology. Each audit run counts against your plan's monthly audit allowance, shown in the table above; SearchVoro Pro plans can also schedule recurring audits.
API-enabled plans have a default authenticated safety limit of 600 requests per minute. One keyword refreshed in one location consumes one rank check. Scheduled and on-demand refreshes draw from the same account-level daily allowance, which resets at 00:00 UTC; a maximum-size tracked list therefore supports one complete scheduled refresh per day. Provider throttling can queue a check without transferring its allowance to another account. Enterprise capacity must be stated in the signed order form. Retention is governed by the Privacy Policy, not by pricing tier.
All plans include evidence-backed findings and account-scoped access controls. Report access follows the comparison table above. HTML is the dependable export format; server-side PDF rendering is optional, and Pro and higher plans can schedule reports by email. Prices are in USD per month. One successful generative-model completion counts as one “AI action”; a multi-step workflow can consume more than one action. “No separate draft cap” removes only the additional draft quota; every generated draft still consumes the plan's AI-action allowance. - Yes — the Free plan includes a bounded Site Health assessment of up to 15 pages from the homepage, plus an AI Share of Voice snapshot, with no credit card required.
- How much does SearchVoro cost?
- SearchVoro (self-serve) is $0 Free, $29/mo Starter, and $79/mo Growth. SearchVoro Pro is $149/mo Pro, $349/mo Business, $699/mo Agency, and $1,199/mo Agency+, with custom Enterprise pricing. All prices are per month.
- What's the difference between SearchVoro and SearchVoro Pro?
- SearchVoro is the self-serve product for individuals and small teams. SearchVoro Pro adds the advanced console — Shopify and console CMS applies, report scheduling, API access, autonomous auto-apply, and white-label reports — for agencies and enterprises. Team roles are included on every multi-seat plan.
- Do autonomous fixes cost extra?
- Growth includes title and description fix proposals: approve one and SearchVoro writes it to WordPress, reads it back, and rolls it back if the page does not match. Shopify applies and CMS publishing from the Pro console start at Pro. Fully autonomous auto-apply with verify and rollback starts at Business and remains off by default until explicitly enabled per property.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your portfolio grows or your needs change, and move between SearchVoro and SearchVoro Pro.
- What counts as an AI action?
- One successful generative-model completion counts as one AI action. A workflow can use more than one completion and therefore more than one action. Rank checks, crawls, and visibility probes are governed separately and do not consume this generative-AI allowance.
- What does “no separate draft cap” mean?
- Agency and Agency+ do not have an additional draft-only quota. Generating a draft still uses one or more AI actions, and generation stops when the account reaches its monthly AI-action allowance. It does not mean unmetered model usage.
- What counts as a rank check?
- Refreshing one keyword in one location counts as one rank check. Scheduled and on-demand refreshes draw from the same account-level UTC-day allowance; usage resets at 00:00 UTC and does not consume another customer's capacity.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- SearchVoro stops the limited operation before additional usage is incurred and asks you to upgrade. There is no automatic pay-as-you-go overage billing on self-serve plans.
- Which report formats and delivery options work today?
- HTML export is the dependable current report format and can be printed or saved as PDF in your browser. Server-side PDF rendering is optional and may be unavailable or temporarily busy. Pro and higher plans can schedule HTML reports by email.
- Does SearchVoro support SSO?
- Customer SSO is not currently a self-serve feature. Enterprise identity requirements are scoped during procurement and are not included unless they appear in the signed order form.
