Cancel or downgrade a subscription
Reduce usage before a downgrade, and cancel through the billing portal or support.
Change plans from Settings → Plans; Manage billing opens the billing portal for invoices and payment details.
Before downgrading
Check the target plan's website and team-seat limits. SearchVoro blocks a downgrade when the account still exceeds either cap and tells you what to reduce first. Monthly and daily allowances reset on their normal boundaries.
Cancel paid billing
If the billing portal offers cancellation, you can cancel there. Otherwise, contact SearchVoro support from an Admin's email and request cancellation; ask for the effective date and written confirmation.
Your content and connected-website data are not erased by a billing cancellation. See Export and delete your data.
ImportantA plan label changing to Free is not proof that an external payment subscription was canceled. Keep the confirmation with your billing records.
