Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Innovation Hub LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the SearchVoro website and platform (the “Service”).
Information we collect
We collect:
- Account & contact data — your name, work email, and company when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
- Connected-property data — data returned by services you connect (e.g. Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and the public pages of sites you audit) so we can measure and report on your SEO and AI visibility.
- Integration credentials — OAuth tokens or API credentials for systems you choose to connect (such as WordPress or Shopify), used only to perform the actions you authorize. See “How we protect credentials” below.
- Usage & technical data — standard data such as IP address, browser type, and product usage needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, respond to inquiries, communicate about the product, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising technology on our marketing site and sign-up page (AdRoll retargeting, the Meta Pixel, and Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising conversion measurement) may count as “sharing” or a “sale” under some U.S. state laws. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland it runs only after you accept cookies; elsewhere it is on unless you opt out. You can opt out or withdraw at any time with the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link at the bottom of every page, and we honor Global Privacy Control — see the Cookie Policy. We do not use your content or connected-property data to train our own models. Where the Service uses third-party AI providers to generate or analyze content, that content is processed under those providers’ API terms solely to deliver the feature you requested.
How we protect credentials and site access
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are used only to perform the actions you authorize on the properties you connect. Changes to a connected CMS are, by default, off unless enabled and are subject to approval, read-back verification, and automatic rollback on mismatch, with an audit log of every action. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which revokes our stored access.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf — including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and SEO data providers — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Our current provider register, including conditional providers used only when a feature is enabled, is published on the Subprocessors page. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal and connected-property data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. On account termination you may request export or deletion of your data. Active customer data will normally be deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Database backup copies expire on the documented 7-day backup schedule.
Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and least-privilege access controls — to protect information under our control. See our Security & Trust page for details.
International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Our Data Processing Addendum is available for customers who process personal data through the Service.
