Review and export audit records

Download the tenant-scoped governance trail as CSV or JSON.

SearchVoro records consequential administrative and product mutations with actor, action, entity, outcome, and timestamp context.

Review and download records

Open Settings → Audit log export in the self-service app and choose CSV or JSON. Each export is scoped by the authenticated account and contains up to the latest 10,000 events.

API-enabled workflows can call:

  • GET /activity/export?format=csv
  • GET /activity/export?format=json
  • Optional ISO-8601 from and to query parameters
  • Optional limit up to 10,000

Exports include timestamp, severity, actor, action, entity type and identifier, entity name, event ID, and the recorded context object. When an event records before/after, approval, provider response, verification, rollback, session, or property context, those values appear in context_json. CSV values are neutralized against spreadsheet-formula execution.

NoteThe audit-log export is separate from report CSV. Report CSV contains scorecards; this export contains governance events. An export cannot include context that the originating event did not record.
