Export and delete your data

Collect available exports, disconnect integrations, and submit a verified deletion request.

SearchVoro separates billing cancellation from data export and deletion.

Export before deletion

  1. 1Export each website's current report from Reports (HTML, or CSV scorecard).
  2. 2Download your audit log from Settings → Audit log export.
  3. 3Disconnect WordPress, Shopify, Search Console, and other connections under Connections.
  4. 4Delete websites you no longer need under Settings → Websites → Delete (permanent; you type the domain to confirm).

Request account deletion

There is no self-service "delete account" button. Contact SearchVoro support from an Admin's verified email, identifying the account and whether you need an export first. SearchVoro may verify your identity before acting.

Active customer data is normally deleted or de-identified within 30 days after a verified request, subject to the obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Backups roll off after 7 days.

ImportantDeletion is irreversible after the applicable recovery and legal-retention windows. A disconnected connection or canceled subscription does not by itself delete stored account data.
