Automation, changes, and rollback

Changes are read back and verified, and mismatches are automatically rolled back, but you remain responsible for reviewing approved change types and for maintaining your own backups of connected systems.

Fees, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. SEO and AI-visibility outcomes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Innovation Hub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination your right to use the Service ends and, on request, we will export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Unless applicable consumer law requires another forum, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
